Return and Refund Policy

Any and all custom orders will require a 50% down payment at time of order with the remaining balance due at time of pick up.
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded for any reason except, mis spelling, wrong size ordered as a mistake by Old Stump Creations or defective product.
Process for return: Please contact Old Stump Creations by email or phone call with concerns with your order and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
All refunds will be refunded to the card used for the original transaction or if cash was taken as payment, cash will be issued as a refund.
ALL returns or refunds must have the original receipt and be done within 7 days of purchase.
Please allow 7 to 10 Business days for all custom orders.
There will be a $10 minimum added to all custom apparel/hats/decorated items for artwork development. A valid email will need to be on file with Old Stump Creations so that we may send a copy of the artwork to be signed off on before production.
